What is HCMS / SureLC and Why They're So Important!

HCMS and SureLC are both vital and are EXTREMELY important to you getting set up properly as an agent with us today!

* HCMS (short for Hierarchy and Contracting Management System) is online software that sets up your personal commission percentage level, your upline, and your future downline partnersWith that saidyou will be set up today thru a few simple instructions. 

Remember, HCMS is a critical step to your business so let's set up everything properly.   


* SureLC (also called SuranceBay) is an online software for you to request appointments with the various carriers that are available to you through Family First Life. SureLC is equally critical to your business, because if not set up properly.... the insurance companies can't pay you or the overrides from your team to you. So, let's get you setup up correctly with a few simple instructions.  

Remember, SureLC is an equally critical step to your business so let's set up everything properly.

HCMS - YOUR BUSINESS BACK OFFICE


* HCMS (short for Hierarchy and Contracting Management System) is online software that sets up your personal commission percentage level, your upline, and your future downline partners. Anyone that ever becomes a business partner under you will appear in your back office. Therefore, whether you brought them into the business or someone on your team below you.. monies will be paid out to you in overrides, and team bonuses {See Compensation Area). So, HCMS is where you can view your agency's growth and manage every aspect of your business. With that said, you will be set up today thru a few simple instructions and clicks.


Remember, HCMS is a critical step to your business so let's set up everything properly.

 First, your manager or business partner that introduced you to our team, needs your full legal name (First, Middle, Last), best email, and phone number

Then, your manager or the referring business partner will register you thru their Hierarchy Compensation Management System (HMCS).

(Please no nicknames)

TRIPLE CHECK THAT EVERYTHING IS CORRECT BEFORE SENDING !!!


ONCE THEY REGISTER YOU...

You will receive 4 emails:


The first email that we need is ...

1. Your HCMS Account setup link

*If you don't receive it in your email, go directly to this link to set up your account

2. You will have a personalized link in your email to SuranceBay - contracting request platform

SureLC- SETS UP YOUR MONEY!


* SureLC (also called SuranceBay) is an online software for you to request appointments with the various carriers that are available to you through Family First Life. SureLC is equally critical to your business, because if not set up properly.... the insurance companies can't pay you or the overrides from your team to you. So, let's get you setup up correctly with a few simple instructions.

Remember, SureLC is an equally critical step to your business so let's set up everything properly.



Step two:  Lets complete your Surancebay:

Here is where you will need to fill out and upload all critical info to get your business started. From your direct deposit, AML Training, and E&O Insurance. Once you have completed that and all other important information you will then be ready to do your contract for the following carriers: AIG, Mutual of Omaha, Americo, and John Hancock. All and all dedicate at least 45 minutes to complete these task.


NOW GO BACK INTO HCMS AND REQUEST THESE CARRIERS OR ALL THE ONES THAT ARE SHOWING.

You may also REQUEST in HCMS as a “New Carrier” if you want to be appointed with the following carriers:

Aetna – (866) 272-6630

Foresters – (800) 828-1540

Transamerica – (800) 295-3990

American Amicable – (800) 736-7311

You may email your contracting admin if you want the following:

Athene – (888) 266-8489

CFG – (800) 423-9765 (must write paper application to be appointed)

Gerber – (800) 428-4947 (must write paper application to be appointed)

Global Atlantic – (800) 848-0977 (must write paper application to be appointed)

Prosperity – (866) 380-6413

Royal Neighbors – (866) 733-9758 (must write paper application to be appointed)

 HELPFUL TIPS

Here is some helpful info when completing your SuranceBay:

You can NOT create a SuranceBay account unless you are fully licensed and the license has been active for 72 hours,

If you have had a SuranceBay account with another IMO before, please verify the “create an account” page shows YOUR agency name, not the old name. Sign up as a new user and use a new email.

Please make sure all of the “My Info” section is completely done before requesting carriers, or it may delay appointments. 

You must have a current AML/Limra.

Go to “My Appointment Requests” and request the carriers there, filling out the contracts fully.

IN SuranceBay, YOU CAN REQUEST these carriers:

John Hancock – (877) 606-7779

AIG – (877) 399-7747

MOO – (800) 775-7896

Americo – (800) 231-0801

It will state BGA and then carrier. Please keep an eye on this process. If your request stays more than one business day at BGA, please let us know and we will check on it. IT SHOULD NOT SAY PRODUCER – that means it’s still in SuranceBay. Please keep in mind, we cannot see into your SuranceBay account.

If you click once on the completed carrier request, you may see a note from the carrier. When your request is approved, you will get an email and a welcome letter from each carrier. Once you receive that, go back into your HCMS account under REQUESTS and add your writing number into the system.
